Babyalways will gladly accept any returns or exchanges within 14 days (from the day you received your order) as long as
the order is in its original packaging, with its original tag, unwashed (for clothing related items). Shipping charges are nonrefundable. To return or exchange an item, please contact us at babyalways@gmail.com with the following information: 1) the reason for the return/exchange 2) your order number(s) 3) the item number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange After receiving your information, we will email you a Return Exchange Authorization Number (REA#) and additional instructions. The instructions will include an address to ship your item(s) back. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned/exchanged item(s) back to us. When exchanging an item for any reason other than defective product(s), you will also be responsible for the cost of shipping the new product(s) to you. RETURNS MADE WITHOUT AN REA# WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. We strongly advise that you insure your package in case of loss or damage. Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days upon receipt of the product(s). No exceptions. We do not issue refunds to gift recipients. We do, however, issue exchanges or store credit for gift recipients. Please contact us for further instructions. |
