How do I place an order? From the product page, select the size of the item you would like and click "Add to Bag." A pop-up window will appear, this is your shopping bag. You can change the quantity of the item, remove an item, or checkout. You can view your shopping bag at any time by clicking "View Shopping Bag" on the top right corner of our website. When you are ready to checkout, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button on the bottom right corner of your shopping bag. You will be prompted to enter your payment and shipping information, simply follow the instructions. If you would like additional assistance with placing an order, please contact us at any time. Can I place an order by telephone? Currently, you can only place orders via the internet. Ordering by phone will be available in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. What size is the right size? Most sizes correspond to your child's age. You can also pick a size according to the height and weight of your child. Please see our Sizing Charts for details. We offer a $3.00 flat shipping rate. How do I track my order? After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with an USPS Tracking Number.
